1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BoatRealm, the Test the Waters marketplace, and any HullFacts reports (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
2. What BoatRealm Is — and Isn't
BoatRealm is a neutral platform that hosts vessel logbooks, marketplace listings, and service-record delivery. BoatRealm does not own, inspect, or broker the vessels listed, and does not independently verify listing ownership, seller identity, or the accuracy of any service record. All information is provided by the vessel's owner or their agent.
Buyers are responsible for performing their own due diligence, including surveys, sea trials, and title verification, before completing any purchase.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. BoatRealm may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Listings & Seller Responsibilities
Sellers may list vessels for free. You represent that you are authorized to list the vessel and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for the content of your listing, including photos, specifications, and descriptions generated or refined using BoatRealm's AI tools.
5. Service Records & HullFacts Reports
Service records are entered by the vessel's owner through BoatRealm. HullFacts reports are delivered by email and contain only the records the owner chose to share. During our early access period, HullFacts reports are provided at no cost; pricing may change in the future with advance notice.
If you do not receive a report email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting false or misleading listings, scraping data, attempting to access other users' data, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoatRealm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any transaction conducted through them.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email), the vessel and maintenance data you enter, and listing content you publish. We also collect limited usage data to improve the platform.
How We Use Information
To operate your logbook, display marketplace listings, deliver HullFacts reports by email, facilitate messages between buyers and sellers, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Public listing content is visible to other users and visitors. Your maintenance logs are only shared when you choose to attach them to a listing. We share data with service providers as needed to operate the platform, and may disclose information when required by law.
Your Choices
You may edit or delete your vessels and listings at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.
